Do I have to move everything at once?
No. Most teams start with Booking X and Calendar X and turn on the rest over a few weeks. Every tool works on its own. The more you run in Proof, the more it can connect for you.
What does Aria actually do?
Aria is in beta and works as the support team for everyone in your studio. She can do anything you can do across the platform, including multi-step changes like rescheduling a shoot, reassigning the crew and telling the client, and she answers questions from your own numbers. She only ever has the access you have.
Will my clients have to learn new software?
Your clients see a page in your name: booking, delivery, review and payment in one place. It reads like your website, not like ours. You can change every word of it.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Exports are always available and nothing is held hostage. Proof earns the renewal every month or it does not deserve it.
